Prentiss House was originally designed by notable architect, William A.Saunders, as a wedding present to his son, William and his wife, Mary Prentiss. Prentiss House blends the charm of historic Cambridge with the convenience of modern living to re-define the boutique-hotel experience.Thatch acquired the property in August 2021 with plans to feature hand-picked furnishings and a cozy common lounge with a hot beverage machine, a mini curated library, and rose garden courtyard.
